Filament Tape With Different Structure
Filament tape, also know as strapping tape, is backed with BOPP / PET film and reinforced with glass fiber or chemical fiber. Filament tape can be classified as: monodirectional filament tape, Bidirectional filament tape and double sided filament tape
Mono-directional
Reinforced with glass fibers in two directions. The general grade filament tape.
Bi-directional
Reinforced with glass fibers in two directions, providing higher strength and stability, suitable for bundling and heavy-duty packaging.
Double sided mesh
Glass fiber mesh yarn or cloth as the base material, providing extremely high strength and tear resistance, ideal for applications requiring high durability and strength.
Filament Tape With Different Adhesive
•SR (Synthetic Rubber): Versatile, good adhesion to many surfaces, higher stability and temperature range.
•MSR (Modified Synthetic Rubber): Versatile, good adhesion to many surfaces, higher stability and temperature range, clean removal.
•HMA (Hot Melt Adhesive): Utility, good adhesion to many surfaces, general stability and temperature range.
Filament Tape With Different Backing
•PP (Polypropylene): Good abrasion, moisture and scuff resistance; excellent conformability.
